Yesterday I went to this Taco Bell place and everything was new, inside the Taco Bell store, even you can order the food by yourself and I didn’t know what will happen will it goes good or bad and everything was going good and the employee was good and not good one employee was working hard and the other wasn’t working even I believe the manager wasn’t there. The next time I come a manger should be even I was there around 4:30pm!!!Maybe the manger can learn true crime because let say what if a murder happens outside Taco Bell? If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would. I stopped coming to this location because after 10 PM they stopped serving everything on their menu except soft and hard tacos. I end up going to a different location who happened to be closed because of inventory supposedly. So I decide to give Shrewsbury Street one more try and again... no KFC available even though its a Duo restaurant and for taco bell they were only serving hard and soft tacos. I think if that 's the case then Taco Bell should advertise they ONLY serve tacos after a certain time. It 's not the first time they limit 98% of the menu. It sucks.
Went through drive thru food was cold. Went in to tell them it's cold and they gave me new tacos. In my taco I found a single piece of womans hair... It could be in all the meat. Avoid !!! First, she said it was cold because of the sour cream tomatos and was not going to help me. She ended up giving it back to me and then she gave me an attitude about it. Be safe eating here and eat at your own risk??
Went 2 days in a row only to get wrong order both times and have loud Spanish music playing and man at register chewing gum in gross manner while taking my order and floor behind counter was disgusting went there to bring handicap daughter for her birthday only to throw food away and go somewhere else for her don't know why management would alow this but you should know why you are losing business

The most careless unprofessional Taco Bell around. Not sure what’s better …the constant concert they have going on or the ignorant employees. Get it together. It’s Taco Bell. At least
This was hands-down one of the worst Taco Bell‘s I’ve ever been to! Gross ? if i could rate zero stars i would! And the fire sauce was even more disgusting!
Horrible! Everything was made wrong but what caught my eye was the fríes. They just dumped a bunch of seasoning on my fríes. Not happy.
Foods a almost killed my grandma and I had to give her cpr very bad never going to ever agian
