Today was not the day to dine in at this Taco Bell. It took 30 minutes to get our food. I say food; I mean I am sure it was edible, but when your mexican pizza is not cut into sections, has soggy tortillas, melted cheese that was dripping over the top but has solidified because it was cold and sauce and beans oozing out the side, I would need a spork to eat it. About 30 orders went out the drive thru while I waited 32 minutes for my order. I was told they were short-handed, yet I counted 5 employees, 1 went on break about 15 minutes into my wait time and another 5 minutes, another employee showed up. I sent my girlfriend to pick up food at the Taco Bell on 11315 Causeway Blvd, Brandon, FL 33511. What I wanted: 2 beef burritos with rice and potatoes. 3 ingredients! The problem? They were out of soft shells..and potatoes..and rice. Okay, fine, I will just get some beef in a hard shell, 3 to be exact. Can't be hard to get right... right? I wish. I was greeted by a VERY sad girlfriend who showed me that all 3 of them had copious amounts of cheese, even though she stressed I was severely allergic. I took the beef out the best I could but even then it was COLD and tasted awful, even though it is exactly 11 minutes from my work. One bite later and the rest were trashed, my co-workers not wantin...
I placed my order at a reasonable time, but the person working the window clearly should not be in that role. I ordered a grilled chicken lunch without salad and tomatoes, but instead of removing those items, they added cheese, which I never requested. If you're looking for tacos, I recommend going to any other place but here. The manager wasn't attentive when I tried to explain the issue.
"I recommend this place for a late meal or snacks. If you're looking to save time, it's a good idea to place your order ahead of time. I typically use the drive-thru, but if the line is long, I don’t mind going inside to get my food. One of my favorites is the Mountain Baja Blast Zero Sugar, and I often order a few items regularly, such as the Nachos Bell Grande or a Chalupa."

Waited 45 min inside for one taco. Literally. They were only making drive thru and not people who walked inside. And when others asked what was taking so long they just got a shrug. One person denied a refund because it was almost out Meanwhile employees were smoking pot in front of the store in their car. Just don 't go here
It was my first time trying there nachos, and they where horrible. The meal is the number five . I don’t recommend, it tasted like some one put something that was not supposed to be added in my food . Don’t get the number five , you would think someone put poison in your food .
I grew up near this Taco Bell my whole life about 4 minutes away. It used to be great. But now, basically last year, they will surely forget something from my order every time without mistake. Make yourself a favor and go instead to the Brandon Blvd location.
This is one of the best Taco Bells I've been to. They got my order right, the portion sizes were generous, and the service was quick. The bathroom was clean, although there was no liquid soap available.

Dear Taco Bell they have a wide selection of foods for a quite reasonable price. Your chalupa box is amazing I just wished that they still had potatoes because the spicy potato taco was the best.
Only the way fast tood should be fast and tasty. The staff was also polite and patient!
