Taco Bell - Réservation de table

This place is disgusting from the food to the service. The store manager and well as shift managers are unprofessional. I went in to order food about 9pm at night got home and my food was ice cold and soggy I could literally ball my dorito tacos in my hand. So I called the store and the manager on duty isreal gv no concern did not apologize did not communicate next steps. I had to ask him what was the next steps he said just come I asked why was I coming he said to get more tacos I stated do you really think I wanna eat something else from there return my money for my order. I then asked if this was a corporate store or franchise he stated he didn’t know I asked for a number to call he state...

I visited Taco Bell on the evening of 12.6.2023 evening to pick up food from the lobby. Unfortunately, the service experience was subpar as no one initially assisted me. Despite being seen by a lady handling the drive-thru orders, she ignored my presence. It took the intervention of another employee and a final effort from a helpful dude to ensure I received assistance. Improved customer engagement is needed for a more positive experience.

Stopped going to this location a long time ago. It always feels dirty. Food isn’t well prepared. They often put cones in front of the drive through long before closing time so cars can’t drive up. It’s honestly worth the 5-6 mile drive down the road to their other location in Missouri City, it’s much cleaner and run like it’s supposed to be run.

430 in the evening NO ONE in drive thru shld have known then! Food cold like it's been there since yesterday rice hard in my burrito. Had to trash it. Totally DISGUSTING! NO NAPKINS SAUCE OR ANYTHING! and there in NO WAY IN HELL I shld k you're wearing turquoise underwear! This owner needs to check the cameras Réservez une table maintenant

Horrible service. The lady at the drive through said our online order system is not poping up in the system so we can't do anything. I paid for it online and when I said that she was like have a good one and just went off.

Customer service was bad. The employee said the B and F word to the drive thru customer in front of my 8 year old there was other kids to. Pepsi did not even taste like Pepsi, also dishonest did not give my change.

Keep trying to give this location a chance, but reality is... it is struggling... Drive through may work but the lobby service is beyond slow and pretty much self service for ordering... be prepared to WAIT.....

This was the worst food and customer service EVER.. the food suck n customer service was lousy I ask for extra rice, lettuce, tomatoes n got NOTHING!! Wth I will never return again Réservez une table maintenant
