Tradicao Brazilian Steakhouse - Southwest Houston

To be completely honest, our experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. We had made a reservation for a party of 17 in the Simi Private Room on Easter Sunday, 03/31. The service was incredibly poor - when I asked our server to assist my elderly parents with the salad bar, he refused and instead requested that I get the salads for them myself. After waiting for someone to bring over the meat options, we were only offered chicken legs and sausage, which was not what we had asked for. Despite requesting beef ribs and ribeye steak, these dishes never arrived. When I asked for scallops, we were presented with only 4 on a plate for our entire group. Valentine's dinner left much to be desired. Despite a 7:15 pm reservation, we weren't seated until 8:35 pm due to what seemed like overbooking, leading to a crowded and uncomfortable wait. The billing hiccup for my 4-year-old's rice required correction, and the 30-minute wait for lamb chops was less than ideal. While the food was great, the overall experience fell short. Future visits may skip special holidays due to these issues.

Reserved table for 9 was in a perfect location and waiting for us. Hostess was very helpful and wait staff was excellent. South American red wine selection was great! We enjoyed the food immensely and the dinner evening was special for a family birthday celebration. Will definitely diner here again.

Worse experience I ever had my reservations was at 9:30 we didn’t seat until 10:25 then they had the nerve to charge us 342.00 for 2 meats a piece we didn’t get the special we got juked for our money but it’s cool we want be going there again .

The restaurant was overbooked and ended up waiting for 30 mins and left. The staff couldn’t even find our reservation.
