This taco bell cuts so many corners and its easily identifiable in the food. The tacos come with very little meat or cheese , if you get cheesy fries they are barely seasoned and the cheese dip is barely half full. The burritos also lack in meat and alwaysfeel floppy from being so underfilled. They hardly ever want to give out more than a few sauce packets. Its almost as if theowner is penny pinching to save costs for some kind of bonus from her company. Surely there must be some motivation for the foodhere to be so constantly underwhelming in their portions compared to every other location ive ever been to. You don't have totake my word for it theres plenty of other one star reviews stating...
I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service at Taco Bell. The staff member was rude and seemed to have lost my order, then attempted to charge me twice. I placed my order inside the restaurant and showed my receipt, but the employee didn’t believe me. When I asked for a cup holder, he almost threw it at me. They definitely need to work on their staff training!
Walked in, no greeting, no one behind the register for over 8 mins. Decided to order through the self serve system. Still another 5 mins and only one employee passed by after her break without even acknowledging the 3 people in line. I don 't expectMichelin Star service from any fast food establishment but GD can we at least acknowledge people coming in and look 'em in inthe eye?
I don’t usually write reviews, good or bad, but this time I have to. I ordered seven items, and the chalupa was dry and tough, almost like cardboard. The meat was underwhelming, and to make matters worse, they messed up the drinks. For a $40 order, I was genuinely disappointed. Next time, I’ll probably just stick to something simpler to save money for my partner.

They are very cheap on sauce and napkins. We ordered two combos and ask for extra sauce. They gave us 6 packets for two deluxe boxes. When we asked for more,, they said it's already there. Also they gave us two piece of napkins. The person taking our order and handing the food/bill is the same person and seemed very agitated
I recently ordered the Mexican pizza combo and was excited it made a comeback, but it turned out to be a major letdown. The pizza was very thin with barely any toppings, and the two Taco Supremes had hardly any meat. At $9.99, it just didn’t feel worth it. I’ll probably stick with Del Taco from now on.
Very bad customer service! The guy was very rude. I guess they never received my ordered and they wanted to charge me again. Taco Bell is known for its fast service and excellent customer service. However, I’ve had some off days where my experience was below average. They often forget my order or take an unusually long time at the drive-thru. And when I do receive my food, it doesn't always look appealing.

Aug 6 around 5pm . Order my food they didn't have change for a $100 so I had to leave and go to food for less to get change and come back so ridiculous
This Taco Bell is the best! It's located in the same parking lot as M, making it super convenient. The menu has a great selection!
