Honestly, one of the best Taco Bell locations I've ever been! It is sometimes too late at night, but trust me that they try super hard to reduce drive-thru lines quickly with accuracy and efficiency as the core of their service! The crew members here are super nice, polite and show great attention to details! I was served on the Drive-Thru in a timely manner warm, fresh and accurate food! The girl who served me and that which prepared my order!! Thanks for my experience in this Taco Bell a lively and unforgettable!! I should say that! Other restaurants should learn how a customer should be treated by the crew members who work here! Definitely the next time I visit Rosemont!
extremely unprofessional. taco bell must hire better people. the employees at the location rosemont are incompetent. I have measured my whole order and refusing to fix her mistake. he even wanted to talk to my fiancée about it. The staff is incredibly friendly and the drive-thru service is fast. However, the location is quite cramped, with only about four parking spots available and no additional parking options. Be aware of an unusual individual across the street who seems to monitor the parking lot and may harass you until you leave. Overall, I recommend using the drive-thru for this Taco Bell.
Why do they ask how many hot sauces you want if they aren't paying attention? I returned after mentioning that I wanted 4 hot sauces for each of my tacos, which totaled 12. However, I only received 4. When I brought it up, the lady gave me 6 more but then looked at me as if to say, "What are you waiting for?"
Nice and friendly. Quick journey through the service. Really cramped. There are no other parking spaces like 4 parking spaces. Pay attention to the strange over the street monitoring the parking lot. He's harassing you until you leave. Anyway, I recommend driving only for this TBell.
