0 stars if it was possible. Tonight me and my husband ordered food at 12:02 via online. We pull through the drive through and the lady tells us they don’t have any beef it would be 15 to 20 minutes before they had some. We said that’s totally fine we’ll wait. Keep in mind we already paid via online. She tells us to go to the parking lot and they will bring it out to us. Again that’s fine so we do so. 15 minutes goes by we don’t hear anything 20 minutes goes by still nothing. My husband calls and no answer. 30 minutes nothing. So he goes up to the door and knocks and no one acknowledges him. So he waits and keeps knocking and nothing. He came back to the car and its almost one in the morning....
If I could give zero stars I would for poor customer service and satisfaction. I literally drove from work in ocean springs to the Taco Bell closes to my home in Gulfport. Therefore I passed up my home to get there at drive thru just to be told they were out of all meats except for chicken. They were also out of potatoes. I was livid. I had already placed and paid for my order through the Taco Bell app which had beef items and potatoes. The drive thru worker greeted me by saying she could only take exact change or card. Last night, I went to the restaurant around 12:15–12:20, but they told me they couldn't serve me because they claimed they were out of certain meats. I ordered a steak or ham, but they said I would have to pay extra for those options. It seemed like they really didn't want to serve me at all. This morning, I called when they opened at 11 to check if they had restocked and to see if they were still out of the meat. The staff told me they weren't out of those options anymore. It seems like they just didn't want to accommodate my order last night.
I do Uber eats, staff was very rude told me they didn't have the order and then lied to me saying that the address that was on my order was not correct when I had to look it up on Apple Maps and show her myself and she still continue to lie to me do not recommend this business whatsoever will be reporting it to corporate. placed 2 separate orders on the same evening and each time a strange main ingredient was missing. ordered 2 nachos bells and both came without bark. both were made, but neither applied for bark. second order was a power shell and it was very dry because there was no avocado ranch sauce or any sauce of any kind in it. So I would advise to check every item before they leave the parking lot.
I saw a commercial for the new menu items and decided to try the triple layer nachos. They were quite good, featuring beans, cheese, and red sauce. I would definitely order them again. I overheard a customer expressing dissatisfaction with the cheese roll-up, claiming it was just a tortilla with cheese. However, I was very pleased with my choice.
The service after 11 PM was definitely not great. I encountered multiple instances where my requests were met with a simple "no" without any explanation, which left me quite confused. I did ask for no sour cream on my friend’s order, and that part was handled correctly. However, I was disappointed that my bark melt was neither chewy nor crispy.
When I asked for a small cup of meat for the tacos, I felt it should have been provided without having to ask. This is a place that seems more focused on speed rather than quality, portion sizes, or customer satisfaction. I would have given 1 star because there’s no option for negative 5.
