Clearly, they were training someone new who was totally inexperienced, and there was no sense of urgency at all. As America's #1 Mexican restaurant I would expect better service than what I received. This large chain restaurant suffers from the same problem as many other large organizations. As they've automated their ordering process, similar to self checkout, in aneffort to save money, staff that they keep at the front desk has been significantly reduced. It's fine if you know how to usethe touch screen to complete your order, but for legacy customers (polite for tech challenged), they prefer to stand in front ofthe register and order. It wasn't just me; everyone was waiting over 20 minutes for updates on their orders. There was also a lady at the front desk who seemed unfamiliar with the system and constantly needed help. It’s concerning that management would place someone in that position without adequate training, as it only added to the chaos and her stress.

This was my second visit to a Taco Bell in two years, and I was overall impressed with the experience. The staff were friendly and efficient, ensuring my food was served hot and delicious. I was also pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the restaurant—much better than you might expect from a busy fast-food joint. However, there was one drawback: the bathroom was not in great shape. The toilet was clogged, and the floor had overflow water and dirt. Fortunately, this did not affect the dining area, and I didn’t have any health concerns. It seems the staff did a commendable job keeping the dining space clean despite the bathroom issue.

Probably thee slowest establishment in America. I think. Or Fremont! Please bless this location with a crew that has better management skills. As a matter of fact, just replace everyone with robots. Also do yourself a favor and just go home to makeyour own tacos. Buy some flour tortillas at Safeway, some canned black beans, shredded cheese, whip out those hot sauces you?vecollected from all the take out, and there ya go! Taco Bell is served. This location is consistently slow, taking 10-20 minutes for just four regular items. The drive-thru and app delivery orders seem to take precedence. Be sure to check your order before leaving, as we visit more than once a week and experience incorrect orders about 40% of the time. However, if you have some time to spare, ordering inside can be a pleasant experience—enjoy the music and the friendly staff.
Vegetarian options: They could definitely use more vegan choices!
Curious why the staff doesn?t pay attention to requests, specifically on sauces. Last 4x I?ve ordered delivery..I?ve asked for only fire and hot sauce. And every time they would only send mild. I don?t mean make a big deal out of it but it?s irritatingat this point for me that I had to write a review. Please tell your staff to honor requests. There are plenty of other TacoBells we could go to. Thank you.
I don't understand why Taco Bell has a low rating. The restaurant is well-maintained and there's ample parking available. The Doritos taco was absolutely delicious. While it's fast food, it deserves recognition for being good fast food: the service is quick, and I really appreciate the convenient location.
