I swear, this place doesn't even try. I ordered a Mexican pizza combo not tomato on the tacos, there are tomatoes. I spiced the grilled cheese steak burrito. they gave me the grilled cheese without steak. I ordered the Nacho-Fries and appreciate what they forget. the crazy nacho sauce... so I literally got all the old foods that were eaten out and they just didn't feel like doing my order right. To be honest, it's just inattentive at this point. this is the worst night shift of taco bell I have ever seen. as if they have literally forgotten each individual ding wrong or wrong.
I called just to confirm if my order made it through the app because it hardly EVER successfully goes through and I was in a rush to just grab the food and go. The lady was just rude and not even try to be understanding. She got defensive when I suggested checking to see if the payment was taken and she said I did not take your money. I never accused her of that I was GM in this business for years so I know how that goes but I just walked right past and went to jack in the box. Never again cuz its always something with this taco bell
I'm not sure who is running the store or if it is the employees, but there was no sign indicating that at 2:00 a.m. they were only taking online orders. The line was after an event in Las Vegas and the line was long. In the middle of drive through when we got to the speaker they informed us it was mobile orders only. At least put a sign up so people don't have to wait and get stuck in line. I'm not blaming the employees, and hoping the management does something about it. I'm blaming management. Store number 31920
This is one of the best Taco Bells in Las Vegas. Occasionally, it might take a bit longer to receive your order, but it's always accurate and delicious. The staff is consistently friendly, even during busy times. Food: 5/5.

Worst staff ever. Very rude and lazy. Taco bell should actually interview the staff before they hire them. Never again. Sorry taco bell. Your staff is ruining your great food and reputation.
The coffee machine seems to only work when it's broken, Mariana. Mondays will no longer feel like they used to. What will tomorrow bring?
