This was my first time dining here and it was a wonderful experience. The food was delicious as usual, but what really impressed me was the exceptional customer service. A friendly young lady was very attentive, greeting us, asking about our day, checking if we needed anything, and wishing us well. It's rare to find such warm and welcoming service these days, as many employees seem busy, tired, and indifferent. It was refreshing to encounter such a welcoming atmosphere at Taco Bell. Great job!
The restaurant was pretty filthy, and the bathroom had no soap, no toilet paper, and no paper towels. An employee used that same bathroom before me, and I wondered, how did she wipe and clean her hands before going back to work behind the counter?? I almost walked out, but my husband saw that the food preparers wore gloves and were using a sink in the back. But we won't come here again. I'd rather drive the extra few minutes to go to the cleaner store in 10th St.
They took forever to give us the food. 3 different customers came in after. They got their food first. Girl at the counter came to check if we had ordered anything. The fish and shrimp was definitely over cooked. They were so dark in color. It looked and tasted like the oil was old and hadn't been changed in a good while. Never returning.
I feel bad for the employees working there. Why? They seem unhappy every time I visit. No thank you . No you 're welcome . They probably are exhausted to the point where they just want to come in, do a subpar job with the food, and anticipate the next biweekly paycheck. Its good but sometimes they do mess your order. But when they do get it right is top notch and also since its combined with a long john silver, you can also get extra condiments. I recommed getting the my cravings box through the app, you will save a good amount of money.
The food at this restaurant was primarily excellent, but in the cheesy potato burrito we ordered, some of the potatoes were slightly stale. Christian provided helpful and accommodating service. Overall, it was a great experience with good food. Keep up the great work!
Taco Bell is great, but they never give enough hot/mild sauce! Only 4 packets for 3 burritos and 3 soft tacos is not enough. I need at least 15 to 20 packets to really enjoy my meal. Just FYI, their sauce is delicious.
Bruh I always got to toco bell but literally 2 minutes I go I get a classic combo and the didn’t give me my cinnamon twist and we was waiting for a long time and I’m really disappointed and I love the cinnamon twist Réservez une table maintenant
