This place deserves no stars. I came around midnight one night to pick up an UberEATS Delivery and the service was slow as ever. When I questioned it the guy on the drive thru speaker was very disrespectful, had all the excuses in the world instead of owning up to their mistakes, and said You chose to eat out this late like it 's my fault they are slow and inept. I mean, is this the customer service you think is satisfactory (let 's focus on that even though I could focus how poor your work was)???? I have a trip to Garner every Sunday. I rotate between several fast food restaurants on the trip home to Cary. I go by 3 Taco Bell's on the way to the Kildare Farm location because it's closest to my home. Three of the last five times they have been unable to take orders (no reason given) at 6:30 7pm. I guess I'll try one of the locations a bit farther from my house and warm the food in the microwave. It would be nice if they had a schedule indication when they will be open. Oh yea, they do have a sign with hours of operation. It's just not used.
there is a worker who has a renncar and uses his handicap sticker to take one of the two accessible spots in their off throughout its entire layer. that would not be a problem if there was no fourth, equally accessible space in the same line that does not take away from the customers. they all take the place of other people when they work there all day without a problem. I do not say that they are not disabled, I say these stains should not be used by employees. it's not that hard to wrap the head.
I have overlooked errors in previous orders but last Friday was the last time I’ll go there. The first picture is the “tomato’s from my nachos bell grande. The second picture is the actual nachos. As you can see mostly chip crumbs. At this same visit they were out of mango freeze and diet Mountain Dew. Done!

Drive through and inside is incredibly slow and I have given them 3 tries. Each time the food was not prepared correctly or just badly put together. Missing ingredients is annoying. They never ask if you want sauce either. Worst Taco Bell I have ever beento.
Seven employees working, all standing around on their cell phones (one sitting in the office). Customers have to place orders themselves. What’s next, will you expect us to make our food as well? The standard in fast food service here is non existent.
I ordered 2 regular Los Doritos Tacos 1 supreme, they made a mistake an made one of the regular tacos a supreme! I talked to the night manger she ensured she’d fix it! That’s appreciated!
I visited this Taco Bell location on September 9th at 8 PM. My food was completely burnt, and I can't believe they didn't notice it before serving it. I'm very disappointed.
