This store is the most pathetic ghetto establishment I have ever visited. I'm really confused as to why it's open. The employees have no manners they don't know how to speak to customers before taking an order. You pull to the window they rather dance and wear hoodies as if they're standing on the corner. Order is never correct they will argue with you instead of correcting it. Almost would prefer them not to correct the order. They give off vibes as if they would spit in your food. They deserve zero stars!
City, I just want to say that many of us have encountered poor customer service since the pandemic, largely due to staffing shortages. However, I had the pleasure of experiencing excellent service from a group of young Black men who truly provided a premium customer experience. I attempted to reach out to the manager on-site to share my appreciation, but I understand how busy and understaffed everyone is. It's crucial to recognize and support this kind of talent, as it’s rare and valuable.
This restaurant is quite frustrating. I made an order on Friday night, and I noticed two staff members handling food and cash without changing their gloves. My entire order was incorrect and served cold. Additionally, they turned off all the lights at 9:00 PM, giving the impression that they were closed. I definitely won't be returning.
I only want my tacos with meat and cheese—it's really all I ask for! I ordered three tacos, and while two of them were correct, this seems to happen every single time. One of my tacos always comes with a ton of lettuce. As a pregnant woman, I'm just exhausted from crying over incorrect orders! lol

The service was fantastic, though I got an entirely INCORRECT ORDER. I had just left Winchester at Hacks location (where I sat for 40mins "trapped "in drive thru) so I didn 't turn around to correct the store 's error. I literally spent my hour break driving to 2 Taco Bell locations...Food: 1/5
Went for a walk... decided to go to TB for breakfast while out.. went WAY out of my way... see the sign on the door 0800 am to 0200 am... AND THE DOOR IS LOCKED!!Told DRIVE THRU ONLY!!....... . .. . . . . ONE STAR ONLY!!!!!
slower than slow. pretty sure they gave my order away to their friends. had to wait 40 min forthem to remake it. refused take my order had me use a kiosk in the lobby. entire staff is trash just avoid this place
Well I spent $35 and some change on 4 double steak stuffed burritos and 5 soft tacos. Smh. I'm mad.?. Needless to say, I had to add more cheese. And I don't see no double steak.
