This is one of the classiest and most professional Taco Bell’s out there people. Make sure you stop in. Great visit. Food was served promptly and with care. Our items were neatly constructed with warm and high quality ingredients. Out of our group of 5, only one burrito was missing its creamy jalapeño sauce. Other than that, they pitched a perfect game with the rest of the items. Very clean restaurant which includes the bathrooms. It feels like they keep the thermostat in the low 60s, so make sure you’re prepared for the chilliness of the dining area. This store should be the benchmark for all other Taco Bell’s to grade themselves. Keep it up Alabaster TB.
We dine here every Friday, but this week we were really disappointed. The portion sizes were literally half of what they usually are. I’m not going to spend this much money on just flavored tortillas anymore. Shrinkflation has clearly affected the quality, and there’s no valid reason for it. They may be cutting costs on each order, but they are also losing customers in the process. We won’t be coming back again.
I hate this taco bell. Every time we go here they get our order wrong ?. Today I wanted a bean Brurrito with . no onions. But they put onions in my burrito!!!! DO NOT GO HERE. IT IS A DUMP!!!! Go to the Helena taco bell. It is better. STAY AWAY FROM THE ALABASTER TACO BELL. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED !!!!! IT IS A RIP OFF!!!!
It’s really disappointing to go to the restaurant and order five taco supremes, only to find that three of them are broken. This one is the least damaged of the bunch; the other two are completely falling apart. It’s no surprise they only have three stars. Clearly, there’s a lack of care.

I went to the drive-thru and my order totaled $5.58. I handed the cashier $20.58, but he seemed confused and returned $5.00 to me. He couldn't calculate the change and asked how much I was owed. I had to tell him it was $15.00. I've attached my receipt for reference.
The restaurant consistently fails to get my order right. They are stingy with the meat portions, and the dishes often arrive looking like they've been mishandled. To top it off, they can’t even manage to get the sauce correct!
This Taco Bell is truly well-managed. The staff is consistently friendly, and their attention to detail is impressive. I hope they receive recognition for their hard work. It’s a rare experience in the fast food industry.
The service was truly exceptional! It was quick, friendly, and very efficient. The woman at the window had a beautiful smile and long black hair, and she was incredibly kind. I would give it a perfect 10 out of 10!

We got our taco bell order through the drive through tonight and we ordered 6 cheesy roll ups when we took a bite out of them there wasn’t any cheese at all extremely disappointing because this is not the first
Just had the sorriest excuse for a taco ever. No lettuce and only the top 1/4 of the shell had anything in it. You could see thru the bottom 3/4 of the shell. HORRIBLE!!!
