I'm really disappointed with this Taco Bell. Google showed they were open until 4 AM, so we waited in line from 1:30 to 2:00 only to find out they were already closed. The sign says they close at 3 AM, Google says 4 AM, but a staff member told us they close at 2 AM. When I pointed out that we had been waiting for half an hour, the employee responded, "not my problem." To top it off, other employees started arguing with the customers behind us. This was the worst customer service I've ever experienced!
I visited this Taco Bell at 2:00 a.m. on November 3rd and ended up waiting in the Drive-Thru until 2:20 a.m. After 20 minutes, a staff member finally came on the intercom to tell me they were closed, even though they were supposed to stay open until 3:00 a.m. There were also several cars lined up behind me. If you're closing early, please update your operating hours to prevent wasting people's time who come to your fast food restaurant expecting to be served.
The food was hot and fresh, but unfortunately, the staff working at the drive-thru were quite rude and unprofessional. The line moves much slower because these young employees are busy chatting and laughing instead of focusing on efficiency and customer service. I wasn’t greeted at all—just told the total amount I owed, and I didn’t even receive a thank you. It's a shame.
I visited Taco Bell at 2:30 AM and went through the drive-thru, but the staff inside seemed to be ignoring customers. I had to knock on the window before they finally informed me that they were closed. It would have been much better if they had communicated this through the drive-thru speaker instead of making me wait for 10 minutes.

What can I say? My order was perfect and absolutely delicious! The customer service was excellent—better than any Taco Bell in New Bedford for sure! Great job, ladies and gentlemen! I’d definitely return if I could!
I had a wonderful experience! The staff was attentive and welcoming. The dining area was always spotless. Even during busy times, they still managed to serve the food promptly.
