I've never actually stepped inside, but I walk by this Taco Bell as often as possible since it's just down the street from my home. Unfortunately, they always seem to be out of something—like beef, really? It also takes ages to get through the drive-thru, and once you're in line, there’s no turning back, especially when you discover they don't have any beef. What more can I say? It's Taco Bell.
My wife went to pick up an order, and when she asked for her second drink, the cashier argued with her. He insisted that she show her receipt, even though it was clearly visible on their screen. This same staff member also dropped our food during our last visit. He could really benefit from further training in customer service.
Currently waiting in the drive-thru for our order, but the employees are yelling and throwing food at each other instead of working. On top of that, they’re out of Mexican pizzas, Nacho Bell Grandes, and Pepsi. It’s very unprofessional, and it feels like there are only unsupervised kids working at 10 p.m.
This is a great Taco Bell that happens to be located in West Sacramento right outside of Lowe's. Prices are way higher than I would expect from Taco Bell but the food's good and consistent and you can't find some specials. Réservez une table maintenant
I just can’t wrap my head around how a Taco Bell can run out of food for DoorDash orders while the employees are casually enjoying their own Taco Bell meals right in front of me as they explain this situation.
Man I paid $8 for some nacho bell grande with hardly anything on it barley any meat ill never get a nacho Bel grande again its not worth it . The worker was nice and polite .
I encountered some rude teenagers working there who treated me poorly, and on top of that, they gave me broken tacos and scrutinized my money as if it were counterfeit.
The service at this restaurant is quite slow, and the food doesn't meet expectations; there isn't enough meat, or it might even be missing entirely. Réservez une table maintenant
