I placed an order through the app at 2:39 and arrived at the restaurant around 2:55. When I got there, my order wasn’t ready yet. I waited for a while and then inquired about the delay, only to find out they hadn't even started making my order. I finally received my food at 3:22. The whole point of ordering through the app was to save time, but it seems that ordering in advance doesn’t matter at all since they didn't even begin my order until half an hour later. I nearly had to leave without my meal because my lunch hour was running out. I won’t be returning to this place. If you’re looking for good Mexican food, I recommend Chapala Grill just down the street instead!
This Taco Bell is the worst I've ever been to. They gave me the wrong order, and when I went back to address it, they didn't even bother to fix it—just shrugged it off. The food was crushed in the bags, I was missing items, and there were things in my order that I hadn't even requested! Terrible food and service overall!
Extremely poor service. My entire order was incorrect. It?s clearly too much work to minimally ensure that the items I paid for are in my bag. And don?t bother calling because no one will answer and the manager on duty is always a child.
Convenient location, usually a wait regardless of what time you arrive and maybe 15% of the time im missing something from my order, but they have pleasant customer service and try their best to satisfy their customers.

This must be the slowest fast food restaurant ever. Just head over to Hackensack; you’ll arrive, get your food, and be back in Bergenfield before you even manage to place your order here.
They put beef instead of black beans in the black bean grilled cheese burrito. Really terrible experience considering that I'm a lifelong vegetarian. The workers just laughed it off.

Worst Taco Bell ever. Been here twice and have waited 45 mins in the drive thru both time! Have no idea why it always takes so long to prepare orders here.
