I ordered from this Taco Bell through Uber Eats, and once again, my order was incorrect. This is the second time it's happened, and I've already filed a complaint. The staff here are unprofessional, and when you talk to them, they sometimes respond with attitude. It's disappointing to see such a lack of respect for customers. I understand why some of them are working at Taco Bell; their behavior reflects poorly on the establishment. I recommend going to McDonald's instead – they provide better service and treat customers with respect. Honestly, the tacos and burritos here aren’t that great. I won’t be spending my money at this ungrateful Taco Bell again.
Only giving two starts because they where some what fast. Order a beef burrito supreme meal and instead got a cheese beef and rice burrito ????I just wanted at least my food right after an emotional day of finding out my husband had to stay in thehospital longer after a week of recover after a emergency surgery. None the less not getting what I paid for. And they whereout of root beer soda. ????????. Food in I. This area is already slim pickings after certain hours could we at least expect whatis available to have better service and got orders right.
Stopped in here to get a burrito after work, made my order, got the receipt emailed and I guess wearing an EMT uniform makes me look homeless because the lady who spoke to me about my order that had my name on it thought I was just standing there for myown health and came at me with the rudest tone I had encountered all day. She just sat there making orders mean mugging me as Iate too. The actual homeless guy who had significantly more hair was nicer to me than the staff here. Maybe they should hirethem instead of their staff.
Came to this location while visiting my grand kids. I?m very particular about the Taco Bell locations I eat from. This one came recommended from my son . I was pleased with the appearance. It was clean and wasn?t really busy. The staff was friendly andassisted with my needs. I don?t even notice the self ordering kiosk until I?d already ordered. My order was made quick and itwas correct. Presentation of our food was great. I will definitely visit again when in the area.

I can never seem to get my order right, and they often send me the wrong items. They really need better employees who pay attention. This place is quite disorganized and has poor hygiene. I don't understand how they can mess up my order for the 20th time. I'm not sure why I keep coming back. They really need to hire more competent staff, as it's clear that the current team is not meeting the standard.
I went there this past Friday. It was empty but clean. The girl that assisted me had a bit of an attitude, not very welcoming. I got my order In 2.5 seconds, got home it was cold and underdone. Did not enjoy and will not return to this location. They need better staff.
They forgot to add one of my items to my order other than that the food was fine.
