I called back hoping to speak to a manager and recognized the same rude individual on the line. He stated that the restaurant was family-owned and warned me that if I chose to escalate the matter, I would only be speaking to him again.
As a former business owner, I understand the necessity of sticking to posted hours unless there’s a valid emergency. From what I could observe through the pick-up window, the restaurant appeared clean, and it looked like the employees were simply eager to leave before 10 PM.

Some must-try dishes include the Burrito, Jr Super Nachos, Taco Salad, Nachos, Sancho, Wings, Aztec Dinner, Sauce, Nacho Grande, and Nasty Nachos."
This is hands down the best Sancho's I’ve ever visited! The nachos are consistently stale, which has always been the case, but they do get you in and out quickly. The apple pie dessert, however, is absolutely fantastic!

The restaurant has a significant cleanliness problem, with cockroaches visible on the floor and even in the drinks. It appears that the floors are not properly cleaned, making them quite dirty.
The food here is exceptional, and the service is prompt. We always look forward to dining at this restaurant whenever we're in the vicinity. It's definitely a cut above the fast food chains.
