Visited before 6:30 on a Saturday. 1 other table had guests. On arrival, presented with a tray of 3 papadums with a mint yoghurt and cold water.Ordered the Bombay Beef, Chickpea Masala and Garlic Baan. The Bombay beef was tender, Chickpea was freshened with tomatoes. Both Bombay Beef and Chickpea Masala were not fiery hot - highly flavoured and tasteful. The Garlic Nann was soft and moist. Not as Garlicy as others tried, but it was tasty.By 6:45, most other tables were filled. The waiters served the customers with ease and pleasantly.
Have been here a few times now for early dinner and have never been disappointed with any of the meals we have chosen. The food is excellent, the price is so reasonable. You could go to other Indian restaurants and be charged much more but the food would not be better, and the staff are great. Chicken Tikka Masala, Navratan korma and naan bread are recommended but I promise you could choose anything and not be disappointed.
I live nearby and tried Tandoori Express for the first time tonight...wondering why I haven't been here before!! Delicious. Food is tasty and affordable. Yum. There are seats so you can eat in also, and it looks comfortable and unrushed. But I wanted a quick cheap eat, so had takeaway with made-to-order naan bread that was also fantastic. Highly recommend if you want something quick, easy and cheap in this neighbourhood.
we like going their because we do not have to take the food home,t fast enough and casual without fuss. we order eat and home we go.The food is very nice and the staff alway happy to help with a smile.I did order on the last couple occasion prawns and were frozen and for me not acceptable. So if you want a nice indian diner with no formal with it or simply take away that is your place. Réservez une table maintenant
Yes this is a rather simple restaurant, but the service is friendly and the food is great. It's very clean and popular for takeaway too, but if you're looking for a romantic atmosphere you may want to look elsewhere. Chicken Tikka was good and I can recommend the Bhoona Beef, Garlic Naan and the Mushroom Saag in particular. Also it was nice that there was no BYOG charged.
We do visit this place on regular basis with friends nor just usWe are always made welcome we don’t book just turn up and because its early we get our table. the food is fresh delicious and well served and presented.It is inexpensive and we like to support our locals when great food.We do recomend Tandoori Express

The restaurant serves both take away and ala carte food. I visited with a couple of friends and opted for ala carte. We choose Dal Tarka and Palak paneer. The dal tarka could do with more tarka, however the palak paneer was good.The waitress could not understand when we provided feedback on the dal. Réservez une table maintenant
