Tastey's Gail's Southern Style Soul Food

I was not pleased with any of the of the food. I ordered Short Ribs $29.00 Turkey Wings $19.00 Fried Whiting $22.00 The short taste strange like they were old ore cooked when they was frozen. They were dry nit tender and juicy. Some was cut thin little bits of pieces and the a big bone with meat and fat, it was flavored with a lot of salt. I did no see any quality about this meat. The mac cheese ok but nothing great because it was a lot of scrapings, for all the meals. The Turkey Wings taste old also and flavored with a lot of salt. The Whiting was tiny not meaty at all. The collard greens was good. I want to support black business but I will never spend my money here again, because I spent $75 here with beverages and I expected a decent dinner. I feel like I was taken for a fool. Never again.

This is the worst soul food I?ve ever tasted! The worst attitude from a foreign restaurant! The Turkey wings were burnt and salty! N potato salad shouldn?t be YELLOW! Potatoes are WHITE ! And it tasted like MUSTARD! I would never go back there !! Stick to CARIBBEAN FOOD BECAUSE THERE IS NO WAY YOU EVER LIVED IN THE SOUTH!!! Imposters!!!! Fake!!! Fraud!!!!

Was in town to visit family(live 2 hrs away) all I wanted to eat was some GOOD soul food... I'd eaten here before when it first opened... BUT tonight WAS NOT IT.... after spending over $60...the food smelled and tasted SPOILED...I'm so disappointed ? sadly I won't be back

I really like this place. The food is so good, but the prices online don't match the prices inside. And also they need help with staffing, my suggestion is to call ahead before picking up your food.

Food wasn't fresh at all. Mash potatoes were dry like it was made out of the packet lamb chops were burnt and salty cornbread was rock solid
