Taverna Greka Restaurant

Taverna Greka開業於1982年，是二埠享有相當長歷史的一所希臘餐廳，由Eleni Stathis和她的兩位女兒Koula 及Lena一起經營，今年6月即將邁進第36個年頭了。餐廳距離Columbia SkyTrain站不遠，即使搭乘公車前來也十分方便。由於位處二埠舊區及山坡上，餐廳正門外觀沒有特別，但進入餐廳後大家肯定會被它的景觀所震懾。餐廳每週二晚會提供現場音樂演唱，而週五和六晚更有肚皮舞表演呢！<br/ <br/ 餐廳的間隔排放有如U字型，由於2011年曾做過全面裝修，所以設計上也具有時代感。餐房的一邊是普通的室內用餐區和酒吧，燈光柔和，環境寬敞舒適。而另一邊是一個從頂到地完全用玻璃包圍的餐房，兩者間有一段小階梯可以互通。由於餐廳位處山坡上，從玻璃餐房可以直接俯瞰菲沙河兩岸景色，正下方是CPR的火車軌及碼頭區，大家用餐之餘亦可欣賞河上的船隻活動，偶爾亦...

We enjoyed dinner at this oldtime Greek restaurant in downtown New Westminster for the first time in years. It was a delight. The service was excellent. A very quiet night and I think our server was the owner. He was so friendly and informative about both the beverage and dinner menus. The three of us enjoyed Retsina and Merlot, and roast lamb and vegetarian moussaka.All were excellent. The dinners were filling but we still had room to share a house made baklava. Delicious . This will be our goto Greek restaurant now.

Amazing dining experience, warm really friendly attentive staff, friendly patrons, good food. Alex thanks for taking care of my little one and all the staff entertaining the 2 year old running around the place. Moussaka was amazing.

My friend took me there for dinner and I found the bread was very hard and not fresh at all. I ordered the roast lamb and calamari and the portion were quite small. Atmosphere was nice though. Will I go back again? Probably not!

Can't say anything bad about them! Great view, great servers and unbelievably flavourful food! Very accommodating, even after we were late! I'm going back again and again to try everything on the menu!
