Unfortunately, I witnessed a truly unpleasant and rude experience from another customer this evening. However, I was incredibly impressed by how one of the young employees, likely around 16 and in her first job, managed the situation. She remained patient and professional throughout, showcasing remarkable composure in a demanding customer service environment. You could have the worst product (though this is undoubtedly the best TCBY in the country), but if your staff is engaged, sincere, attentive, caring, and pleasant, customers will return time and time again. I know I will. Thank you to the amazing staff!

Stopped here as a treat after a tutoring session at Huntington Learning Center. Great selection and even more important, they did a great job with cleanliness. Felt very comfortable and will be back!

You're very kind. The smoothies taste great and they make it thicker when you ask. Also my $3 voucher warns repayable because I don't spend enough and they took $2 out of the sum anyway!

I absolutely love the white chocolate mousse yogurt (I think that's what it was called!). I'm so glad TCBY is still around on Long Island! Réservez une table maintenant

The restaurant is famous for the frozen yogurt that my wife adores. However, I have to say that the ice is really excellent as well.
