How can I express the importance of customer service, attention and patience. The owner should be as proud as his staff handles every order and more important, every customer. The staff welcomes every customer and sends them out with a thank you. What I experienced by a customer this evening was disgusting, rude and respectful, but more so I was so impressed by the way the young girl/employe treated the situation. She was patient and professional and she was probably all 16 her first job in the most demanding customer service.
