I originally sent this message privately to the staff and did not receive a response after a week, so I have decided to share my experience publicly. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst dining experiences I have had in a long time, both in terms of the quality of the food and the service. When we arrived, there was no one to show us to a table, so we had to go to the back door of the kitchen to figure out where to sit. We eventually found a clean table, as the other tables were either occupied or dirty. It took 45 minutes for the table next to us to be cleaned, and even then, the floor was still dirty. I had a terrible experience ordering takeout from this restaurant. Their website was not working properly and did not display a Covid-safe menu. We placed an order from their regular online menu, but were shortchanged with only 2 out of the 3 tacos we ordered, no avocados, and no rice. Additionally, the empanadas were missing one compared to what was described. When I called to address the issue, I was told to contact one of the owners at home. The owner seemed upset that his staff had given out his number and claimed to be too busy to talk, promising to call us the next day but never did. Edit: After receiving a receipt for 73$, we got charged 85$. Awful service, dishonest and manipulative. Terrible experience. Didn’t have half the things on the menu. Kitchen closed super early. When the bill came (after they told us to leave at 10:30) it wasn’t readable so they calculated it for us on their phones with a menu and AUTOMATICALLY added an 18% tip without even asking us. When we offered cash they said credit card was better and when the check came we saw they included another 2.5$ fee for using a credit card. Overall terrible service, ended up paying over 70$ for a few drinks, onion rings and wings.
Just the strangest restaurant experience. Crazy overpriced food, sticky tables, odd staff, extra charge for paying with a credit card, pressured by the wait staff to order more food (only later understanding it's because the 18% tip is automatically included in the bill... For a couple of drinks and two appetizers I spent 73$... Teaneck has so many excellent restaurants, go to any of those

Kitchen lost our ticket and only realized it after 45 minutes. Owner refused to do anything more than a 10% discount, which amounted to less than the extra hour 's worth of babysitting it cost our party. On top of that, we were initially charged for sides that our server explicitly stated were included in our order. They did rectify that, only after trying to make excuses.
The food at this restaurant was good, but it took nearly an hour to receive our order. They only gave us a $10 discount on our $220 bill, which was disappointing. The server made excuses for each issue we encountered. They really need to hire more staff to improve their service.
The doghouse was great, I had the luxury of going with my kids and my girlfriend and being the only ones there. But apps and burgers were delicious
The server was very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. They engaged with the table instead of just taking orders and leaving.

This place is a joke. It's only still open since it's the only kosher sports bar around. Can't wait for the day it closes.
