First things first, I love Teaspoon! However, this location is definitely lacking when it comes to service and quality.I got the Matcha royal with strawberries. The matcha was not enough after I mixed the drink together, it was barely green. I asked to add more matcha, which the staff was apologetic about it and added more. I left and realize they forgot to include the grass jelly that I had ordered, but I think the staff didn't near me (fortunately, wasn't charged for it when I looked at my charge). The service was so-so. The other person working there, an older lady wasn't very nice. I doubt I'll come back since there's others around that I've had better service/drinks at.
Came in tonight, ordered the drinks thru the kiosk and left to go grab food next door Togo. Came back 10 mins and the drinks was not ready. Didn 't say anything and was jus patiently waiting. The girl that was working there ask me verbatim, is there a problem? , told her I am waiting for my drinks. She grabbed my receipt from me, and said, I 'll make your drinks now . No sorry, no oops, no nothing. AND she forgot boba in my drinks and it wasn 't good to top it off. I would like a refund for wasting my calories and my time
Got a classic Thai tea. Boba was good. Tea not too sweet but could be a little sweeter. But my only issue is the thin paper draws that can't puncture the lid!!!!!! The force it takes is dumb and it's started disintegrating kinda fast. Stop using these. You're not saving the planet. You give me a plastic cup with plastic lid. Just give me a plastic straw too. Sincerely everyone that's had to use these straws.
I love going to this place, its close by too. I tried the Mango Funtime Smoothie and I added the Mango jelly.. so yummy. My daughter got the Custom-made Lemonade to which she decided to add Pineapple Splash and she added the clear boba(I am so sorry I forgot the name.. lol).

I was very disappointed. The boba tea tasted like sugary water, with no hint of tea flavor at all.
Overall teaspoon is great, but this location lacks quality in their drink. It tasted a bit bland.
The drink quality from this store has gone down so much that I will stop coming back.
Everytime i visit fremont i go to teaspoon. the best bubble tea chain around..

Teaspoon is always very good but this place was the best one I've been to.
