I live in the area, so I frequent Fridays pretty often. For the most part, it’s your typical dining experience. Nothing spectacular, but nothing horrible. However, two friends myself, and our children visited about a month ago, and had a terrible experience. The waitress refused to wait on us, and we had to seek her out multiple times during our visit in order to get drinks, refills, utensils, condiments, you name it. Sadly, she was very attentive to the table next to us, so I have no choice but to assume she had an issue with my table specifically. The food took a long time to arrive at our table, and when it finally did, everything was cold. The steak was overcooked, and the BBQ sauce was lacking, only applied on top. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.
