The wait staff was amiable but seemed understaffed. At 8pm on a Thursday, there was only one waiter serving the entire restaurant. Unfortunately, like many chain restaurants, this establishment appeared tired and neglected. There were visible signs of wear and tear, with surfaces in need of touch-ups and repairs. The men's bathroom left much to be desired and was quite dirty. Given the current prices, it was disappointing to see that the restaurant was not keeping up with proper maintenance.
No glaze at all on the Fridays Signature Whiskey-Glaze Chicken Sandwich; just a slice of cheddar cheese; also a very dry piece of chicken. Carlo's Bakery Rainbow Cake itself was good, but did not receive the ice cream that was supposed to come with it, which was a bummer.
I only visit this restaurant on nights when Victor is working. He is the top bartender and server, and without him the experience just isn't the same.
Dead for a Friday night, but the bartender was handling almost the entire restaurant with his backup runners. Food and drinks were great as usual. Réservez une table maintenant
This is the best burger I've had in a long time! The burger was incredibly flavorful and the fries were perfectly seasoned. Absolutely amazing!
This is definitely my top choice. The chicken tenders are phenomenal, and everything I order is consistently perfect. It's always the best.
Carelessness while packing food. Forgot items in the order. Don't waste your time or money ordering from here. You WILL be disappointed.
