Ordered online. I’m veggie but can’t eat tofu. I ordered the veg curry that didn’t have tofu. We had to pick it up as no delivery which was fine. When we opened it, it contained tofu despite not listing that on the menu. When phoning them she said ‘Yes I put tofu in my veg curries’ didn’t seem to have a clue that it wasn’t listed online. If I had eaten any of that I would have been ill. She really didn’t seem that bothered. Said she’d make another one with tofu but I’d have to pick it up. When mentioning trading standards her attitude slightly changed!! So family night spoilt as everyone else was eating while I had to make beans on toast…. Not impressed. I cannot rate this Thai enough. Went away for a few days to bath with my family had dinner at this restaurant, which was amazing . The food was lovely the service was great. My teenage son left his bag on the chair he didn’t notice until we was on our way home. Called the restaurant and they sent the bag recorded delivery to us back in Kent. Within 2 days. Thank you so much. Next time I’m in bath I will make sure I go back again x
We decided to go for set menu C and received a real mixed bag. Some dishes were excellent and some hideous. For starter, chicken satay skewers were lovely but prawn rolls tasted like cardboard. Main meal, Prawn red curry was excellent but Duck and cashew dish was pretty tasteless with flabby duck skin. The sizzling beef dish had hardly any beef. For the price we paid, we should have had much better quality.

It was amazing. Amazing food, service, atmosphere, price. Everything. Would love to come again. Even made my wife a banana split with a candle in it as it was her birthday
6 of us went along while on holiday. Food was good, nothing special. but it was yummy. Starters were big, and yummy. in all it was a lovely meal.

We have been to the Thai orchid on a number of occasions. Food is always absolutely amazing. Never had a bad meal. We would highly recommend.

Great food and service even though the restaurant was very busy the staff took the time to explain the dishes good value for money
