I found hair in my food, and while I was told I wouldn't be charged, there was no apology offered. The person I was with finished their meal while I sat there with the plate containing the hair on the table, and the waitress ignored me for the rest of the time as if I had offended her. This was disappointing, especially considering it was the Fourth of July and there were no other diners. Simply not charging me for a meal that was ruined by hair was not enough; an apology and a sincere effort to make it right would have gone a long way in avoiding this negative experience. Please improve your customer service.
I've visited this restaurant four times, but I won't be returning. The owner's attitude was both entitled and disrespectful. During our last visit to the pizza place after a baseball game, a group of us was gathered under a shaded tree when the owner aggressively drove her car toward our children, forcing them out of the way—despite there being over 20 other available parking spaces. After that incident, I can't in good conscience recommend this establishment. The food was just average at best. If the owner can behave that way toward children, one can only imagine how she treats her employees and others.
This is my husband and i's favorite restaurant to eat at! We LOVE everyone who works there and food is always phenomenal! We have tried many thai food places in the I.E. and NOTHING compares to Thai Thani!! They are authentic and they take you ALL THE WAY to flavor town!!! Everyone should go here if they want some real thai food mucho luv -Jules and Andy Vegetarian options: We used to be vegan for many years and we're always accommodated here as well!! They take very good care with any instructions to make your meal vegan ! Parking: Parking is always great ??
Ewww... The food stinks, most Thai places I've ate have all had the same similar flavor but this place was nasty. I should have not second guessed myself when I noticed it was empty not busy place. I ordered the pad Thai it was ? smelled not like any other pad thaud I've ever had which is many, so they changed my order and that was gross too. I didn't eat the food. They still charged me for it. Never again. If possible I'd give it no star.
the place is kinda sketchy, i ordered a tom yum soup w chicken and egg rolls i called in the order so it'd be ready by the time i was there, im about 10 min drive and they said it would be 15 minsthe food is cold and reheated tom yum isn't the same, the take out container is tiny... egg rolls were fine i wanted chicken but they only had veggie, i get it but the soup isn't worth it in my opinion
I've tried Pad See Ew from so many places but there's something truly special about the one from Thai Thani! It's easily the best Thai restaurant in the area. My husband and I can't resist ordering it at least once a week. The flavor is just beyond words—it's absolutely delicious!
The meat was soggy and unappetizing. I ordered the yellow beef curry, and it was disappointing. I also tried the pad Thai, but it lacked flavor. I was expecting a more authentic Thai meal since all the staff are Thai, but it seems they may have cooks from other backgrounds.
This little place is a gem. We come and eat here after exams all the time. The food is delicious, the WINGS and the Tempura SHRIMP are to die for !!!! It is a smaller place so you might have to order to go if it's busy but you'll will be happy with your food and service
