The 1001 - Réservation de table

Good morning, We had a delicious time both in terms of the welcome and the service and the quality of the food. Elegant and refined place with breathtaking views of Lake Geneva and its eternal snow peaks, background music which perfectly creates the atmosphere and service which is attentive and personalized. Small downside regarding the light which should be dimmed a little around 9 p.m. The cooking and tenderness of the Simmental still lingers in my mouth and the mostly local wines......mhhhhh divine! Place where we really want to return, I highly recommend it.

Excellent food, beautiful presentation and very attentive and kind service. One of the guests was a vegetarian and all dishes have been accomodated perfectly.

Fantastic view, service, and food. I do recommend the discovery menu , with 5 dishes. With wine combo it is chf190 per person not cheap but totally worth it!
