I recently had the best Sunday brunch I've had in ages. The selection was surprisingly extensive, featuring all the classic breakfast favorites, including an amazing carving station, sushi, fresh seafood, a stunning cheese board, and various other dishes. Everything I sampled tasted like it had just been made fresh for me rather than sitting in a buffet. The eggs Benedict was especially delicious, with a perfectly poached and runny egg, accompanied by a delightful hollandaise sauce on the side. The happy hour is pretty awesome but the food is just OK. To be fair I've only been here for Taco Tuesday but that was enough. I the tacos were the most unauthentic tacos I've ever had. Also not a San of Malibu Wines. I have a few wine memberships and I thought MW would be a cool and convenient addition. Unfortunately they won't let you do a pickup and require you to pay for shipping. I know it sounds like a lot of complaints for a 4 star review but I can't emphasise the quality of the bar and happy hour
What I Ordered Black Miso Salmon Great service and delicious food! I didn't expect much from the restaurant since we went here out of convenience since it was next to Malibu Family Wines. The menu selection was so small, it was really hard to settle on a dish. Go safe with a sandwich or be risky and get the salmon? I was very surprised on how well the salmon came out. Perfectly cooked and seasoned! Never judge a book by it's cover.. or in this case, a restaurant by it's menu. :
We had high hopes for this restaurant, but it never quite became the dining destination we wanted it to be. The management seems unsure of how to effectively run a restaurant. We would love for this place to become a must-visit dining spot, but unfortunately, that hasn't happened in over a decade. The golf course is excellent, albeit a bit pricey, but the restaurant really needs improvement. It has the potential to be a real gem. Réservez une table maintenant
I absolutely loved that FM radio played later in the night! It would be fantastic if you could make that a regular feature. The 6 to 8 PM time slot feels a bit too early since many people are just getting home from work and may not want to come out for only half an hour to an hour. I'm really glad it worked out this time—the place was packed, the food was excellent, and my friends really enjoyed it!
We absolutely adore this spot for Taco Tuesdays. The family meal is fantastic – it’s enough to serve five or six people and includes chimichangas, tacos, rice and beans, and guacamole. I’m also a huge fan of their drinks; they have a full bar and can whip up any cocktail you like. Just a heads up, they don't hold back on the spirits in their drinks, so be cautious if you're driving.
Great atmosphere! Pleasant staff members. Moderate food. The only thing (we have been here four times, since we live only 5 min away) is that the service is on SLOWER SIDE. I didn't think it was waiters' issue, but how the vibe was. Great bar selections so if you'd like to just hang out, this is a perfect place in Tujunga!
service sucks. I had to go to the waiter to place my order after I had told him i was ready when he brought our drinks. very slow. I also had to remind another waitress to check if our food was ready. when we asked him for ranch he said I have you some.you can share yours. there was 3 of us and only brought 1 more. I absolutely enjoy coming here for brunch and mimosas at least twice a month! Lisa, Kristen, Morgan, Denny, Luis, and Eric are always incredibly helpful and friendly. They genuinely care about providing a wonderful experience for their customers. And, of course, the place is simply beautiful!
