My little boy wanted to try Brazil nuts. We popped in and I warned a lady called Charlotte that it wouldn't be the sale of the century but could she weigh a few to buy just to try? She said he can try one now to see if he likes them. He did, so we bought more than we would. And because of this service will be back! Lovely having local shops who care about customers and give that personal touch. Keep up the good work!
I bought some loose green tea last week and as it was so delicious, I went back in today to buy an every day tea that I can have with milk (I 've got to have a 'normal ' cuppa first thing in the morning . There are many so choose from, I was slightly overwhelmed but the staff were fantastic and knowledgeable. A lovely lady suggested the Ceylon Nuweng Eliya and I 'm loving it. I 'm excited to try the others!
Shopping at Broad Bean is a delightful experience! Ian and his friendly staff go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. The new cheese counter is fantastic, featuring a wide variety of cheeses—perfect for your Christmas table. The fresh quiche and salads make for a delicious lunch or dinner. I’ll definitely see you there!
unbelievable customer service- very attentive, but was not too intrusiw to give us information about all the loose tees and other products within the deli. absolutely beautiful shop with a quirky feel- will definitely visit again! Réservez une table maintenant
Bought a Mexican Bean soup pack. Very healthy. Packed wth dried beans and pulses. Just add half kilo of minced beef and tin of chopped tomatoes and you have a meal for at least 6 for less than £10. Fantastic value for money.
The staff is amazing, and there are so many wonderful products to choose from. It's a fantastic selection of bright and beautiful items!
