I had a wonderful stay at this restaurant. The manager and staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The meal at the Clive Arms was beautiful. Our room was excellent—spacious, beautifully decorated, and featured a very comfortable bed. It had leafy views, real coffee, and a small fridge. One minor downside was the small mirror; it was hard for me to use because I’m short-sighted. However, the huge shower made up for it. Breakfast at the Ludlow Cafe next door was delightful, with free tea and coffee, and the manager showed genuine interest in our stay.
we ate at the clive on a very quiet Thursday evening, the staff has made us most welcome and offered to move us from the bar to the restaurant, I can honestly say the steak was the best I had ever eaten. will come back safely in the future.
I was extremely impressed with the restaurant. The food was excellent and reasonably priced, and the staff were both efficient and friendly. I highly recommend it. This was our second visit, and we will definitely be coming back.
we had dinner tonight to celebrate our 20-year anniversary. the meal and the service were both excellent. my seabrassen was faultless and my man really enjoyed his steak. warm gratitude to the new cook! well done!

Lovely Room, Large Bathroom with a bath! Staff were fabulous. Our evening meal was excellent , steak was cooked to perfection although frozen chips spoiled the dish. Irish coffee making skills zero.
beautiful ambiente. no intrusive music. service was good. the food was excellent. we both had the roast meat and it was delicious. highly recommended.
Good set up with spotless toilets, bit of a slow start ordering our food. Jay the manager was witty, knowledgeable and professional. Food was good.
Excellent sunday lunch on NYE. The service and food were really great throughout. Would recommend and we will hope to return soon.
