Booked a table online where you have access to the view the menu this was reduced however still plenty of regular favourites on it , upon arrival we are great by a member of staff with a piece of paper approx A5 in size (tiny)to be told we have a reduced menu we are not serving Pizza,Pasta or burgers sorry where is this info when you book I asked ? It has been reported to management but we 're the only branch that hasn 't changed the menu online yet !!!! Very poor indeed you are getting beaten but smaller independent cafe/restaurants in Ludlow who are on top of their game , spent our money in The Bakehouse instead which was fantastic service and food selection you could learn from them .
Party of 4 went to wildwood Birmingham and it was the worst experience I had the food microwaved dry tasteless turkey roast very tiny piece of undercooked veg 3 pieces of chip size carrot parsnip and beetroot all tough and dry chicken breast on top gravy like water absolutely disgusting food pizza soggy avoid this restaurant alfi charge £118 with a hidden added charge if £10 I wish I went to a fish n chip shop than wasted my money eating bad food Close it down because refused refund on mobile we have to travel 2 house to go back for a refund. Manager was joke no experience in restaurants or food quality
Having made a complaint about the appalling service and poor standard of food I am still awaiting a response to my complaint nearly a month later. Dishes served with key ingredients missing, when raised as a concern I was advise they weren’t missing, they simply didn’t have that ingredient available. When asked if they thought maybe they should be advising their customers, I was greeted with a shoulder shrug and told they would speak to their manager. Not sure where said manager is but again still waiting for them to get back to me. Totally ruined a family day out and won’t be going back.
Visited for Lunch, wife has had various operations on her digestive systems, and she chose a rissotto on the understanding it could be served witout chilli. Food arrived, first mouthful she exclaimed 'this has chili in ', waitress was called back, said she had told kitchen 'no chili ', took the meal away to be replaced. Same mussels came back, washed and lukewarm. No apology at any time. Debbie 's mouth was swollen by the chilli, ruining our afternoon.

Dropped in for a late lunch when visiting ludlow with a friend this week, it was about 1.30pm and there were about another 3/4 tables taken. The staff were helpful and polite but the serice was sooooooooo slow a good half hour wait for starter (garlic bread) and a long pause for the mains. The food when it came was tasty and hot. Had to take home pudding or we wouldn't have had time to see the town.
I really enjoyed dining at this charming restaurant. The staff was friendly and the food was delicious. Although the service for food was a bit slow, I visited a couple of times during my stay. I thought the breakfast portions were a bit small for the price paid. But overall, I would come back again as the pizzas looked very enticing.
First of going to Wildwood. It was a Monday night and was very busy. Only 3 girls serving so service wasn’t very fast (not that it was the staff’s fault as they worked very hard and were very pleasant). The food was very nice and would go there again.
We were staying for a few days in Ludlow and decided to eat here one evening. The restaurant goes back much further than you expect but was warm and pleasant. Service was good and friendly and the food was very enjoyable.

Extremely dissapointed service poor food luke warm. Complaint not taken seriously service non existing. If the waiter had bothered to ask I would have told them food was luke warm, presentation poor. Extremely salty.
Called in for just a coffee but ended up with eggs Benedict and friend had poached eggs perfect with coffee to start the day.
