The staff were really friendly but the breakfast was very poor quality for the amount of money it cost. My partners Bacon wasn’t cooked properly. Tin tomatoes were cold. Mushrooms wasn’t fresh. They were tinned. Eggs over cooked. Bread was stale. Would of rather had toast. My black pudding was burnt. My partners was under cooked. Cups were dirty inside. Didn’t know this until I drunk my tea. Made me feel sick. No wonder you only had three tables in for breakfast. Decor made the room feel very dark. My bill was £22 a lot of money for a vey disappointing breakfast
One waitress was amazing. Unfortunately other younger one was only interested in her friends!! Management clearly not bothered. Left all the work to the poor waitress who did amazing by herself. Note to the amazing waitress. Move on you are better than where you are. We would never go back. Treated her like a slave!!!!
Have been a couple of times outside of tourist season. The food is filling and not small on portion sizes. My only 2 not so positive comments are it seems to lack an atmosphere and both visits given a list of items out of stock including steak.
The food is extremely tasty and well cooked. The service was appalling. The place was virtually empty and still somehow the army of people in the team managed to ignore us consistently. We gave up trying to order more drinks and deserts.

Ordered drinks then waited an hour to be served with lunch. Lunch came soon after we complained, but I can only say food was very poor and out of four people no one finished their meal. Very disappointing
Had the most amazing meal last Friday, both service and food was top class. We shared the Tbone steak and it was the best steak I've ever had! It's not cheap but so nice for a real treat.
We had a takeaway Roast Turkey, it was delicious, plenty of turkey very tasty, good mixture of vegetables and 5 potatoes each, plus plenty of gravy, well worth not cooking thankyou
This place is great for booking venues, having a spot to eat or just one of them casual ones. Highly recommend the aviator for its ice cold drinks and friendly staff.

Brilliant breakfast. Had one of the new muffins that were available. Tasted great and arrived quick and hot. Definitely be coming again.
Great pub with lovely African gray in there breakfast was high price but really good quality food so well with it
