We hosted a girls' softball meeting at Backroads Bar and had a fantastic experience. There were several large families with lots of children, but Jimmy and his team delivered outstanding service and made us feel very welcome. The food was excellent, the drinks were ice-cold, and the place was spotless. The atmosphere was perfect for our gathering. If we could give 100 stars, we definitely would! Thank you, Jimmy. Your warmth and generosity have earned you customers for life.
We arrived around 6 PM and had to wait over 30 minutes without being asked for our drink order. Although we were acknowledged upon entering because of my WSC jacket, we unfortunately did not receive any service. The waitress handed us a menu before we sat down, but after more than 30 minutes of waiting, we still hadn’t been asked about drinks. The restaurant wasn't very busy, so there was really no reason for the long wait and the feeling that our time was wasted.
The food was excellent, and the service was outstanding. Deb is undoubtedly a valuable addition to the team! Keep up the fantastic work!
