Unfortunately, there was a dog in the restaurant that wouldn’t stop screeching – not barking, making the most appalling screeching noise. I am a dog lover, but that was unbearable. We did ask the staff to ask the couple to perhaps take the dog out side t o calm down . That didn’t happen and in the end, I politely went over and asked if it might be possible to take the dog out and just let him settle before they come back in. Just before we were about to leave, the husband came over and was exceedingly rude, shouting in my face, telling me that I had been rude to his wife which I definitely had not. I’ve worked for British Airways customer service for a long time and know how to ask politely...

Lovely place, lovely people. Food very expensive for pretty basic and limited, though pleasant, fare, all served luke-warm. Always busy at the weekend, so probably no particular pressure to improve on that.

Professionally served brunch by friendly staff. The food was excellent and I think we are going to make this a regular occurance!
