We’ve been here a few times — Thursdays for their wing specials. We sat outside on the patio and at the time, there was one other table outside.We ordered Irish nachos (they were out of the lattice fries so we asked for regular nachos with Irish toppings (we received regular nachos So, with food and drinks on the table, wasps saw it as an invite. Since I have a severe allergy to them, I asked the server if we could put a small container of juice or pop in the corner of the empty patio to draw them away. She returned a minute later and said the bartender said we can’t do that. No logic.In any event, I know the risks sitting outside with wasps and food. Wings came we ordered another beer and i...
We popped in here on a Friday just for a quick drink before heading home. The server was great and very friendly. We didn't order food, but I looked at the menu. It was a great selection, and I thought the prices were decent. I read that they do offer specials on different nights. We see that they had live music booked for the night, so we decided to stay a little longer. The band was called Kickstart, and they were great. We will definitely go back to this place to eat and catch more live music, hopefully.
that was my first time here with a group of six. in a word it was great! the server was friendly and informative. all in the group enjoyed eating. the French wobbler soup is probably the best I had, and I would definitely pay the double price. deep-fried pickel were good and the chicken fajita near perfect. I know how they got names there because I wanted to stay longer and have a little more, but were full and had to go. we'll be back soon. thanks for the great time.
2.5 Close to my folks place and honestly I wish it was better. When it first opened years ago, it was great but since a change in ownership it has slid from good to tolerable/convenient. I find it dirty, floor is sticky and atmosphere cold. The service seems like they squeezed into something in hopes to subsidies their low wage with tips, but really would rather be anywhere but there. Réservez une table maintenant
We are visitors from another city and stopped by for dinner. We were lucky to have Kellie as our server, who provided excellent service. She suggested some dishes that she personally enjoyed, and we were very pleased with our choices. I would definitely recommend this restaurant, especially if you get the chance to have Kellie as your server.
Bitmore is a fantastic pub located in a peaceful neighborhood, offering delicious food and a great atmosphere. Among the pubs I have recently visited, Bitmore stands out as my favorite. They have a variety of tasty food options, but I highly recommend trying their Chicken Parmesan sandwich and Sri Lankan spicy wings.
the Jukebox music was not great and the bar was ice cold....However, steve, the bartender, was an incredible company. I recommend to anyone who sits in a courtice (that is shockingly pronounced curtis to sit at the bar and enjoy the beautiful society of this punk-loving, friendly old soul.
