I almost didn’t want to share this hidden gem, but I have to! The food is incredible and the atmosphere is beautiful. I first dined here six years ago when I was staying next door, and it was just as good then. They had been closed since before COVID, but they’ve since expanded their space and capacity. Thankfully, this hasn’t affected the quality of the dishes. Sometimes, when restaurants expand, it can lead to a drop in quality, but that’s not the case here. During a recent hotel stay in Chester, we chose to eat here instead of at the hotel, and we loved it so much that we returned again the next day on our way home. It’s a true treasure that I need to visit more often. Thank you!
Last week, 15 members of our village group had our annual lunch at the Bluebell Café. We placed our meal orders in advance, and everything went smoothly. Many of the members who had never visited the Bluebell before were delighted by the ambiance, the food, the service, and the friendly staff. To top it all off, we enjoyed a lovely walk in the Bluebell Woods. Knowing that our visit supports the community makes the Bluebell my favorite place to eat, and I look forward to returning more often. Thank you!
Waled 5 miles to try this lovely little café and the food and service were excellent. I believe the young waitress that served me was called Tamsin and she was lovely. All in all an excellent experience and would highly recommend

This is a beautiful restaurant with excellent food made from high-quality, fresh ingredients. The staff is also wonderful. I had a truly delightful birthday brunch here.
It's such a relaxed place to eat. The food of course is excellent but it's the staff that make it 5 star. I look forward to visiting again whenever possible.
6 of us went to have a birthday lunch yesterday. The welcome was warm and the food drink was excellent. Would recommend to anyone... but you need to book!!!
