Excellent!!! Clean, great service, if u have questions regarding price or anything they r more than happy to answer. Also if u have a certain selected monetary amount that u would rather not exceed, the server will help u with any menu suggestions as well to fit ur budget. U feel very welcome and well taken care of. The market pricing is accurate on all items (I did research) on the menu that r offered. My friend took me for my birthday and we shared a little over a pound of the king crab with the garlic butter, it was devine. 3 stars only because I like boiling crab and I know their dine in service is better than the take out review I'm leaving.It was an unpleasant take out experience.They could take a bit of time and put signs out where people should be lining up for what. Also the hostess is just running in and out without even bother to take any questions. Had to wait an hour+ to get take out.Got there at 450, got my order in at 515 after waiting in front of a sign that says line up here but not really there, got the message our food was ready at 545 (not unusual), but then had to wait in line AGAIN to pay and pick up, only to leave that place at 6. Kinda ridiculous if you ask me.

I've ordered delivery via Uber eats for my mother. I've called for both times and asked nicely for boiling crab to please include limes with my order and both times they did not put the limes with my order. Today, when I ordered, the young lady assured me she would put limes in the bag but , she did not. Her tone of voice was not pleasant even though I was nice. Also, there was barely any sauce in the bag of corn. I told my mother, that they don't do this when you order in person. The quality of service is horrible for delivery orders. I don't trust ordering delivery for boiling crab.

viet cajun is right! we have visited this location more than 10 times this year, always consistently great service. when they visit, they have to check in with phone number and name at the front. busy on friidays and washing, and party must be with them, at the time of sitting or they are passed on. visit them on weekdays when they can. we get in the regular shrimp, “whole-she-bang” style, which contains spicy, garlic and butter. certain maisballs get in the bag and do not forget about it cajun or lemon peppers! if they love rice, they get a side of rice and it will not disappoint. Went this past sunday and it was horrible ! Placed order online and after recieving that my order was ready i had to wait another 15mn in line ??? To get it ?? Than why order before , my food was cold ... I fortunately got a friendly server ! But girl who was outside didnt care at all on the libe for pickup too busy getting people on wait lost to eat inside ! Yes its resonable to wait to be seated but to wait for order to be ready and than wait again to pick up? They should have better organized staff! Will update if i get better sera next time !!!!

We came here in 2017 when we were traveling down here and absolutely loved it. We came back to the area this week and this place was number 1 on our go to list. We were denied entry based on our personal medical choices. Pretty pathetic considering we have had no issues with that anywhere else in OC. We will just spend our money elsewhere where we are not discriminated against. Peace out Boiling Crab.

I love the boiling crabs, but the situation takes long to get services. I know that the location is small and the services must be faster .45 min to go inside and 45 min. to receive services nd 15 min. to drink. but the services of the young is great. only the time Réservez une table maintenant

WOW!!! It was amazing!!! We had shrimp, soft shell crab, mussels, calamari, sausage, fries, rice, corn and so on. Even though the place was busy, the service was outstanding. There was about a 2 hour wait but it was very worth it. Thank you to all the staff.
