We were here for a before dinner of the Andrea Bocelli concert. We arrived and were seated within minutes of our reservation time. Our waitress assured us we would arrive there the concert) in time and proceeded with orders. We all ordered steaks of various types, I must comment on the lobster bisque as my wife and I had this) though, exquisite is not enough adjective it was simply amazing with chunks of lobster and silky smooth to boot. The guys had a wedge salad to share, our steaks arrived and were done to perfection, my wife and I had some to take home after the meal, the guys however ate thru theirs each at 10oz and 14oz each. I was in town for a Beauty show at the convention center down the street and was staying at the hotel (Loews) adjacent stopped in for dinner with some colleagues. We sat at the bar… Ewalina was our bartender and she was awesome! One of the ladies asked for a drink she wasn’t too familiar with but she looked up the recipe made it, which was said to be delicious. Mark assisted a bit in menu choices assisted Ewalina in taking care of us. The service was good, and so was the ambiance, however we waited over an hour for our food, and it came out COLD. They took everything back it wasn’t really any better when it came back out… I spent over $80 on a cold meal.
The service, the experience and the atmosphere is all Excellent here. Really enjoyed our treatment. The food was just not there. Bland. Salmon just ok could use more flavor and was a bit overcooked but still retain a bit of moisture to be able to get by. Chicken breast bland and dry. I was disappointed as I really expected tasty delicious food from the scale that this establishment operates as. The calamari and the lobster bisque were delicious. Wish this taste effort was put into our main dishes. I will however revisit as I here the lamb is excellent and service got the Wow factor, service was fantastic!
We’ve never had a bad experience at this location. A location opened in Skokie and we tried it twice, but it just doesn’t have the professionalism that you get at the Rosemont location. Giovanni was our server last night and he’s the best! We actually requested to have him be our server because he gives the absolute best experience and has his job down to perfection. The food is top quality and worth every dollar! This is our go-to restaurant when we want to splurge and have a nice dinner out. Réservez une table maintenant
This was a fine dine steakhouse that we selected for dinner for one of our senior colleagues. The restaurant offers free valet parking and is very spacious. The serving staff is very attentive and courteous. The food was amazing and the chef was extremely nice to take feedback from us. A great selection of wine and desserts as well.
