The Capital Grille Chicago- Rosemont

Had a delightful dinner. Our waiter, John K. did a perfect job with timing and recommendations. We enjoyed the lobster and crab cakes, a Caesar salad and a wonderful bone in filet that was prepared perfectly. We also had the au gratin potatoes which were a decadent treat. They surprised us with a birthday dessert just based off of our open table profile. I can’t wait to return

Every staff associate was genuinely friendly and professional and accommodating. From the moment I met with Valet the Di I g experience was sublime in all aspects. It’s the best team of employees and management that I have experienced even in pre Covid times. Kudos to every CG member at the zRosemont location. Thank you

Amazing service and food. I went somewhere new (not Capital grille) for my bday yesterday and was disappointed. Came to Capital Grille to make up for it and they never ever disappoint. This time beat expectations! Love Capital Grille
