The Cauliflower Hotel

For just $4 more than their regular burger, the double beef burger was impressive. It was stacked high with fried onion rings, bacon, and two perfectly cooked patties. The fries were topped with sriracha, cheese sauce, and ranch dressing. While it was a bit challenging to eat due to its size, it was full of flavor and textures that made up for it. The pork ribs weren't fall-off-the-bone tender, but they were still easy to eat. The generous serving size included two racks slathered in a sticky, sweet sauce with a hint of smoke. It may not be a fancy sauce, but it outshines what many other venues in Sydney offer when it comes to pork ribs.

this pub was actually quite cool, even though it was only the glass fiber cauliflower that hangs over the entrance. then again I don't like the cauliflower, although that didn't leave me from the place. in the did it was quite cool, and the service was also not bad. they also had a pretty decent selection of beers available, which I also appreciate very much.

Really happy with this place. Great food and x excellent service. Staff were friendly and chatty. We both opted for the chicken schnitzel. Generous portion sizes and side salad was a proper salad and not just rocket with dressing. Schnitzel was super yum! Lovely interior and warm feel to the place. We are local so keen to come back Réservez une table maintenant

Definitely worth a try.. We stopped there because I was able to fluke easy parking.<br/ <br/ Ordered from the specials. At the price, definitely recommended. The publican was working hard. Very hard.<br/ <br/ He will flourish. Something the chains lack.

Great venue for a drink and some live music. Love the Gin Tonic bar where you choose your gin and extra botanicals. Réservez une table maintenant
