We waited for 10 minutes today for someone to take our order at the restaurant. If you want to receive tips based on your service, it's important to provide it. Ignoring customers who are sitting at the table without any acknowledgment is unacceptable. We ultimately decided to leave because we felt unwelcome. I have a strong dislike for tipping for this reason—there was no service, yet the expectations were high. It’s simply ridiculous!
This was $11. It's seasoned well. I bought the avocado egg rolls against my better judgement, trying to be adventurous, the texture was not for me and there is no redeemable flavor. I tried these because I heard they had good vegan options and I used to order the ribs here years ago so, nostalgia motivated me too. This food is not good, these specific dishes. $31 for food I cannot eat
Love that they have a “skinnylicious” menu with low calorie foods. Came here with my partner for a night out. They even have low calorie coctails as well. I got the Skinnylicious sangria and it was very tasty BUT it was $16 which I would say is on the expensive side so I wouldn’t buy it again, I recommend the Skinnylicious food menu though!
The food arrived fast and the Korean cauliflower was tasty. However, the seating was horrible, the older woman didn?t greet or give a wait time to new arrival?s. I visited this restaurant for dinner and had a lovely experience with the service. Since it was just the two of us, we were given a cozy booth, which I really appreciated! Unfortunately, they've removed the chicken and biscuits from the menu. The decor is consistent with other Cheesecake Factory locations.
Love Cheesecake Factory....w friends today food delicious n huge platters for lunch specials...all took doggy bags...so good n pineapple upside Cheesecake to go for home later ...our waiter Alex was so nice...the Best...too
Every time I order the orange chicken it either has little sauce or NO sauce. I don’t know why they’re addicted to delivering mediocre bland food here. Consistently incompetent place. Pathetic place.
Almost all of the time, everything is fantastic and spot on. Parking is conveniently located right out front. Réservez une table maintenant
