What a wonderful discovery! The service here is outstanding; we were attended to by James, who was incredibly friendly and lively. He frequently checked on us and even apologized for the longer wait. We tried the oysters with crumbed bacon, zucchini flowers, and the ribeye steak — all were delightful. However, I was a bit disappointed that the steak and potatoes arrived slightly cold, which affected our enjoyment by the time we finished the meal. The drinks were fantastic, and I highly recommend the strawberry daiquiri. This place reminds me of restaurants in larger cities, and I absolutely loved it!

Incredible doesn’t even begin to capture our experience. From the moment we entered, we were welcomed with a warm smile. Our server was friendly and well-informed. I ordered the mushroom gnocchi, while my partner chose the chicken dish. The gnocchi was freshly made in-house and had a delightful and lingering flavor that I relished long after finishing my meal. My partner really enjoyed her dish, and I was fortunate enough to taste it—a wonderfully mild chili with hints of caramel. We will definitely be returning!
The staff were pleasant, attentive and friendly but the food was disappointing and expensive lengthy wait time, hot dish served cold and meat not cooked as requested.Steak was fatty and the chips were more like wedges and cost an extra $4 Not value for money!

Good food and atmosphere. Lovely staff. Got the lamb and goats cheese gnochi, and the sweet Chili fried chicken. Lovely flavours, but had only 6 pieces of gnochi on the plate. Also had the sweet potato chips which were nice and crispy and fresh.
James is amazing and has made our night magical… we have been coming since our first date and will continue.. the food is incredible we’ve had the five course tasting platter the chefs cooked to perfection… the team have made our night..
We had an amazing experience with both the food and service! What a hidden gem we discovered in Mackay. We highly recommend it! Our waiter, James, was knowledgeable and exceptional. We can't wait to return!
Superb!!! We came here for breakfast and loved it!! Beautifully decorated, attentive staff, excellent coffee and fabulous breakfast. Tip: ask for runny poach eggs, they are out of this world!
