Popped in for a last minute late lunch and, despite that the kitchen was about to close, we were made so welcome and they arrange for us to sit in the shade as we had our Mountain dog with us. Ordered some toasted sandwiches and cheesy chips and it was absolutely delicious! The kitchen team delivered our food to the table with the greatest smile. Both landlord and landlady were so lovely and friendly and so was grandad! Will most definitely be our first choice for our next lunch on the Island. This pub is everything a great British pub should be. Thank you
Friendly and welcoming service, tasty home-cooked food. We enjoyed pan-fried skate wing and a mixed grill with all the trimmings. The beer and food were excellent. We will definitely be returning and would recommend to others.
Always a great place to eat! Excellent food, lovely staff and a cool atmosphere. We have been both during the week and for the brilliant Sunday Carvery. Definitely make time to check this place out if your in Queenborough.
We shared an excellent tasty graze board for three people today Saturday lunch time. We were looked after by the very friendly and helpful staff with a special mention to Lewis. We will certainly be back

The food and service I received were amazing. I am a coeliac, and the staff were more than happy to accommodate my needs for gluten-free. Will definitely eat there in the future.

It takes 1hour 40minutes to get hear but we’ll worth the journey the food and staff are 2nd to none
