Downright insolent and condescending! I used to shop there a lot but no more. Got yelled at just because I asked a question about the receipt. The man even kept shaking his head after yelling at me. I came to the shop with my friends last weekend. I ordered hot Taru milk and waited ~15 to 20 mins until the female owner called but couldn’t hear what she was saying because it was very loud and busy at that moment and I was sitting on the other end of the room while she was calling from the opposite side. This place is a treasure. We weren't sure what to expect at first but seriously check this spot out. The guy at the counter was cool and talked to us for a bit before we sat down to wait on our drinks. I snuck a bite of the crispy orange bun while we sat and I couldn't help myself but to inhale the rest… incredibly fresh and perfect for dawn of spring. Their boba tea is great too. Would highly recommend and have already sent this location to our local friends

If you don’t speak English, don’t go there! Or you’ll be humiliated. The female owner doesn’t speak any other language and is really proud of that. It feels like she assumes anyone not speaking English are idiots. I’ve never seen anyone in the sale business are so arrogant. BTW, she is pregnant now. So be careful just in case her husband REQUIRES you to tolerate her unstable hormone level when she yells at you. What a nice and lovely couple!
My friends and I were there many times. Very nice bread and drink. However, today during our visit, when the male owner come to us and asked us politely about how is everything, one of my friend politely mentioned that his wife’s (female owner)attitude is not very good. Then the male owner immediately get upset and very rude. We are just reflecting some truth since he is asking for feedback. Disappointed…….
incredible baked goods and fresh taro for the taro milk tea (if that's your jam) and fresh fruit blended into fruit drinks and the matcha…if i could give more stars i would. unreal.
The staff are my new favorite staff. SO funny and SO kind! The baked good are also top notch although they were out of cronuts… That just means I'll have to go back though haha

Service was very poor with owner very rude to questions like whether do you have natural sugar. Americano was one of the worst I tasted. Will never visit again
They are very friendly and fresh! All the time I get hot pastry! Definitely recommend!
