I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. They refused to give us the full dinner menu, despite our reservations, citing a rush. There were only four other tables occupied, and the bar wasn't crowded at all. Our waiter only checked on us once, and we had to keep flagging down other servers for assistance. We found ourselves repeatedly reminding the staff about our orders. When I took my daughter to the restroom, neither the men's nor women's facilities had electricity. They informed us that someone would look into it, but in the meantime, they directed us to the hotel’s restrooms, which were locked. The food was overpriced, and the service was truly disappointing.
We were quite disappointed with this restaurant. The food was excessively priced, and the service left much to be desired, despite the number of staff present. After taking our order, our server disappeared for the rest of the meal. We were still enjoying our appetizers when our entrees arrived, and the dinner plates were awkwardly placed on top of the table next to our appetizer plates. I would recommend steering clear of this restaurant; there are many better choices in the area.
Four out of six loved their food. The other two, one sent back, manager offering another protien, the other didn't eat much. Drinks and desserts were scrumptious. Saw our waiter for the order and then never again, had to ask hostess to find us someone to place our dessert order. Then had to ask again for the check. This was our first time there but would give it a second chance. Would recommend, however I would tell them about my experience.
The food was amazing! The servers were professional and clearly worked very hard. Unfortunately, they were severely understaffed. There seemed to be only one waiter covering all the tables during our visit. It took nearly an hour for us to receive our drinks. I don’t hold it against our waiter, who was very friendly and doing his best under the circumstances.

It doesn’t really present as a restaurant. It is more of a casual dining hall. The menu was decent but the service was incredibly slow and we couldn’t even get a drink unless we went and sat in the lobby which we found really odd since it advertises itself as a brunch spot. Who goes to brunch and doesn’t have cocktails?
We ordered Bites-appetizers right before going to a show. The crab dip we ordered had the plastic from the cream package in it. The waiter got right on it and made the manager aware of the issue. It was a kind of funny. Otherwise, the food, service and atmosphere was great. Will definitely go back
Check in person awesome, waiter slow to take order, never really checked back. Just not a very good waiter. Had to ask multiple times to get sugar. Not what I expect from The W. Everyone else was quite good.
OpenTable allowed me to book a table at a Venue that was closed. We travelled 20;mins to the destination only to find out it was not open

Service was pretty awful we waiters for far too long for everything and the food while good wasn’t great enough to wait over an hour for.
staff was very attentive without being pushy. food was wonderful, coffee fantastic...would recommend
