The Great Pizza Company specializes in New York style Pizza. This is a compact pizzeria located in downtown Eustis. They feature thin crust pies, pasta dishes sandwiches, plus limited outdoor seating. They have been in business for 14 years (the owner boasts that; we must be doing something right . We ordered a large pepperoni pizza with extra pepperoni. The crust was hard and chewy, suggesting that the dough was either left to rise too long or stored in the fridge for too long. Some parts of the pizza lacked sauce, while the edges near the crust had excessive clumps of it. We paid for double pepperoni, yet the pizza had the same amount as what was shown in their Google photos.
As for the so-called "garlic" breadsticks, they didn’t have any garlic flavor and contained just a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese. The thin crust pizza here is excellent. We ordered a large pepperoni pizza and a medium Thai Chicken pizza. The Thai Chicken features an even thinner, crispier crust than the pepperoni, which perfectly complements the toppings. The pepperoni pizza had a nice balance of sauce, cheese, and crust. Both pizzas were served hot and expertly prepared. The staff was friendly and attentive. While the building is a bit older, it’s clean and full of character. We'll definitely be returning!
I really love the Pizza from The Great Pizza Company! The sauce is very good, the ingredients are fresh and I really enjoy the crust. I also like the fried green tomatoes, and pretty much everything else I've tried! If the parking spots are full out front, just go around and park behind them between the Sol De Mexico and the apartment building where they have a walkway right to The Great Pizza Company.

We really enjoy this little pizza shop on the square. The garlic breadsticks are a great appetizer and we highly recommend the meatball pizza. Pros: Good service. Usually quick to be sat and served. Food is made to order and fresh. Cons: Would NOT recommend take out. We have attempted this from this location and it has not been good.
Drove here today really nice such a picturesque city super friendly. Really good food pizza thin crust absolutely delicious. Wait for the fried cheesecake. My son's birthday tomorrow, so we came out today. Super nice waitress brought the dog out of water without asking me.
I just had my first pizza at The Great Pizza Company, and it was fantastic! The crust was thin and crispy, and there was just the right amount of tomato sauce. It was topped with mushrooms and black olives, cooked to perfection. I’ll definitely be back!

Good food and good service. Great attention to detail and reasonable prices. The owner is a dedicated employee as well. She remembers names and preferences well and it takes on a home like atmosphere, warming and comfortable.
