I've passed the Groove Train a few times and it was always busy and you know...if an establishment is busy the food must good!The atmosphere inside was buzzing, so I decided to drop in for a or two and found myself ordering the pumpkin soup lunch special which was delicious except for the x2 pieces of bread which was oily and blandThe service was impeccable at the beginning, but lapsed in the end as it seemed like the original welcoming staff had gone to lunch, which forced me to give as I waited for a while for another the tables and floors were clean and clean up after meals was punctualhopefully when I return in the future so I can edit this review and give more than No photos again...I r...

I ordered the steak meal, which came covered with a fat piece of meat and over boiled small burned kartomas with too much rosmarin. about half through the meal the waitress came by to ask if we enjoy our eating (as they do). I was honest about it and she apologised and asked if I wanted a new steak, so I said yes. She took my plate away and about 5 minutes later came the manager with the plate and said I had eaten too much of it, so they wouldn't replace it. at this time my meal had been passed through the restaurant by the waitress, chef and manager before she returned to me and it was also cold. please do not have their waiting personal offer a meal and then refuse it. Amazing experience, staff were so kind, we only had an hour to eat so he put a rush on our meals for us. It came out so quick and was delicious! Looking forward to coming back!
