A good pub menu with lots of variety. They even have some great sounding modern meals like a goats cheese and beetroot salad to supplement the standard steak and fish and chip options. We opted for the $10 lunch specials which didn't disappoint. The mushroom risotto came with large pieces of juicy mushroom. The rice itself was too creamy for my liking (i.e. cream and cheese added) but it was very tasty and generously sized. My eating partner had the 200g steak which came with chips and a lovely looking salad. It's not high class but at these prices who can complain?
This place caters for all types of people they've got entertainment great place for the blokes and woman who want to have a few beers, put on a few bets and have a great time in the sports bar! It is really great for families in the restaurant area! My 75 year old mother in a wheel chair was able to move around freely with the great accessibility! My grand children had a blast in the kids room! And to top it all off the food and the service is by far the best in comparison to most pubs/restaurants in Brisbane! I will definitely be back again! Try it out!!
not for two years and the last three eat it every time terrible. tnt my friend had afteros distributed with hardly salsa and advocado over the top to what much filling look. I couldn't even eat it. my bruschetta was on one. hot dog roll instead of ciabatta brot without gurke in salsa made embroidered with Bbq sauce. the Italians would die when they saw that. Bar staff were nice, but I'll never eat there again.
Had the Moroccan Spiced Barramundi. Wasn't spiced and wasn't barramundi. Luckily it was one of the dishes they had on the for Tuesday menu. Really misleading advertising. On the upside the woman who served us was excellent. Wasted in this place. Save your...time and money.

Tried Homestead Tavern for dinner Thursday night. Staff were lovely and food was ok. I had fish and chips and only paid for it and I got what I paid for. The only complaint I had was the chips were not very hot.
dreadful eating, neither I nor my friend were able to end our meal! the bruschetta was not even cooked! the personal was friendly enough and apologetic for the long waiting period we had!
Had lunch here with the kids and the service was great. Very friendly to me and my children, they even give out activity bags! My food was delicious too!
beautiful meals great staff, I ate here most nights while close to work. good daily specials and a fun squat

Good atmosphere with pretty good food. We had the chicken schnitzel, it was real chicken breast!!
live locally and always come down for a feed, especially now, since the new chefs are on.
