Stopped in for dinner one evening and ordered the fish and chips and had a pint. The fish and chips was tasty but giant and enough for two people to split. The only drawback to that was that it was all breading and very little fish inside. I ended up taking off part of the breading just to dig out the fish. During my recent business trip to the National Harbor, I took the opportunity to dine at The Irish Whisper for lunch. As an appetizer, I opted for the Buffalo wings with ranch dressing, which were exceptionally delectable. For my main course, I savored the Fish Chips, a classic dish executed to perfection. Both dishes were truly remarkable, and the service provided was impeccable. I highly recommend this establishment and eagerly anticipate my next visit.
I've enjoyed many restaurants in National Harbor but my very best experience occurred at The Irish Whisper. I enjoyed a great conversation with the bartender while waiting for my to-go order and could tell that the pub is welcoming to both locals and visitors. After an unfortunate incident outside of the pub the kindness made a terrible Tuesday into a terrific one. Cannot recommend enough!

Chef Richard did awesome on the fish n chips with a great assist from Ronnnie on some off the chain fries. Jay took great care of our stouts and bitters. Jay has a true authentic pour on the stout. Took me back to the London pubs of my youth. Absolutely recommend the you DON'T MISS THIS PUB!!!!!
This is an incredible bar with an excellent team. Upon entering, you feel as though you've stepped into your own living room. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming, making it a fantastic place to visit at any time, day or night.
Top five best burgers I’ve ever had. SOOO GOOD! Cool atmosphere.My only complaint, and it’s a minor one, is that the open door and windows meant that there were more bugs flying about than I’d like.But even so, I’d come back.
Hands down the best fish and chips I’ve ever had. Compliments to Chef Richard and Ronnie! The bar and wait staff was very friendly and made such a good experience. Thank you Jay and Tyler!

Walked in and the place smelled like seafood. But Mark the bar tender was good and very nice. My drink was good but my friend said hers was ok .
Stopped by for a beer and nothing else. We love Irish pubs and this one met our expectations. Will return for sure.
